Nurses Appreciation Quarter Auction

This is an event to celebrate Nurses Appreciation Week May 10, 2024.
We are taking 50 RSVP invites from local Nurses and Caregivers who are being invited to attend this FUN Event.

Only 12 Vendors for this event needed. 6 of 12 have already reserved their space! (remaining count will be updated)

Vendors are chosen for the event for the best success of your business. If you are not chosen, don’t despair. We will be having more events in the future that may fit your business better.

If chosen I will call/text you to answer any of your questions and I will give you my pay pal address to pay $10 to reserve your 4′ table space. You may set up a banner / photo’s behind you if you like. However, you must supply your own stand.

Tables are only $10 plus 2 donated items to represent you/your business that will be auctioned off.

You will get 1-2 min to talk about your product and business.

Guests will have time before auction and after auction to buy from your table too.

All tables and chairs are supplied.

Event is inside with snacks / AC / bathrooms etc.

Yes, you may bring another adult with you.

YES, You may show up at 4:00pm to set up.

Nurses may start showing up around 5pm.
Event starts at 6pm.
